On iPhone — use Safari (this does not work in Chrome on iOS): open app.birdielab.net, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, then tap 'Add to Home Screen.' On Android — use Chrome: open app.birdielab.net, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then tap 'Add to Home Screen.' The app icon will appear on your home screen and open like a native app — no app store required.

Strokes gained measures how many strokes a player gains or loses against a benchmark across four categories: putting, approach, off the tee, and total. BirdieLab calculates it automatically from every round entered — no spreadsheets or manual formulas required.
